Measuring score improvement

We compare the GRE score you get on your second official test, after completing your program with us, to your starting score, which can be :

• or your last official GRE score obtained before the start of your GRE preparation program with us;

• or the score obtained on the first mock test taken as part of your GRE preparation program with us. This test must be taken before the first scheduled class (or on the date scheduled for the initial mock test, if applicable), in a single session and within the official test times for each section and breaks. If you provide documentation indicating that the testing organization has granted you extended testing time as an accommodation, this time may also be applied to this mock test.

Important: scores from a second attempt on the same mock test will not be accepted. Only tests for which you have a score report on your student dashboard on mba.com will be taken into account.

We'll then compare your starting score with the best score you achieved in your first or second official test after the end of the program.

If your score doesn't increase

If your official GRE score after completing the program has not increased in accordance with the table below, and if all other warranty conditions are met, we will refund your training fees in full.

Work to be done

Before your official test date, you must :

• Attend all scheduled class sessions.

• Proof of completion of 8 mock tests, provided after the start of the course and before the official GRE. You will need to provide a copy of your handwritten work done during the tests. Only tests taken in a single session and under official time conditions will be taken into account. Official time accommodations may be applied with justification.

• Provide a score report and your handwritten answers.

• Complete the entire syllabus between 2 and 6 months after the start of the program, with written proof of completion of all training exercises and question corrections.

Time limit for the official test

You must take the official GRE test within six months of the start of the program. If the test booked on the recommended date is cancelled by the organizer, you must take the next available test (unless this test takes place more than 90 days after the end of the program - in this case, please contact us).

Deadline for submitting warranty form

You must provide us with access to your official score report on mba.com (or show it during a live Zoom call), along with the warranty claim form within 60 days of your official test.

Other details

You can only use the money-back guarantee once for the same test, even if you subsequently take a different program for the same test or another paid program. Please see terms and conditions below.

General warranty conditions

To be eligible, you must be enrolled in the Vincia Prep group course or in at least 34 hours of fully paid private tutoring.

You are not eligible if your registration was financed in whole or in part by an organization or public body (e.g. schools, universities, NGOs, companies, etc.).

You can only benefit from the warranty once per purchase. If you repeat the program, you will no longer be eligible.

The score taken into account is the total score, excluding editorial sections. Partial scores from different tests cannot be combined.

We help you get the most out of your program through our teams, our materials (print and online), and our complementary documents (syllabuses, student guides, etc.). All work must be completed in the correct order and within the recommended deadlines.

We reserve the right to refuse a request if there are indications that the work has been done superficially or without respecting the pedagogical objectives.

If ETS changes the content, format or grading scale of the test, we will make every effort to adapt, but reserve the right to adjust our terms and conditions accordingly.

We reserve the right to update this warranty at any time.

During the exercises, the student must :

• Write your answers on the left-hand side of a sheet of paper,

• Indicate errors clearly (e.g. visible question marks),

• Be consistent throughout the process.

Redo all the questions that caused a problem:

• once the next day,

• once within 2 weeks (minimum 3 passes for each difficult question)

• 8 mock tests from manhattanprep.com, Magoosh or official tests

• Between each mock test: at least 100 practice questions

• Redo difficult questions from mock tests and exercises twice (D+1 and within 2 weeks)

Estimated average personal working time :

Allow approximately 350 hours or tutoring sessions to complement all the above activities.
